Shipping Cost and Shipping Methods

• A $9 fixed shipping rate is applied. Orders with this shipping rate are shipped with a tracking number. We ship with Purolator Express to Quebec and Ontario and with Canada Post Expedited Parcel everywhere else.
• Free shipping is offered on orders with only small items (like dog bandanas). This shipping method has no tracking. It ships in an envelope with Canada Post lettermail. If you prefer to have tracked shipping, you will have this option at checkout.
• Shipping is available to Canada only.
• When your order is ready, you will receive a shipping notification with the tracking number, if you chose the fixed rate shipping.
• Please note that we can’t guarantee delivery times.

Production Time

As each product is made to order, please allow a production time of 2-5 business days before your order is shipped.

Digital Downloads

If your order includes one or more digital download items, a link to download your items is included in your Order Confirmation email.
